First Days at the MTC

Hello Everyone! My time here at the  MTC  has been amazing so far! I'm not sure where to start.  After my family dropped me off and we said our goodbyes, I was whisked away by a fellow missionary who had been tasked with helping me get started here. I first got an envelope of information and my room key, got my missionary tag, my  MTC  badge, and, to my surprise, I got an  iPad . Apparently we all get electronic devices here at the  MTC , even if our missions don't currently have them. After that, I was led in getting the rest of my books and materials before being taken to my room here at the  MTC : 13M - 219. After dropping off most of my stuff in the room, I was led to meet with my district. My district is fantastic! My companion is Elder  G_______  and he's great! He's from Canada and loves basketball. I would be happy to hear from you! This has been a fantastic week! And I'm halfway done here as well! We received our flight plans yesterday and I'm travel leader for a party of 5. I don't know who the other two are who are going on our plane trip, but they might be going to the Netherlands, as we are stopping for a layover on the way to Scotland. We check out April 18th @ 9:50am and we will be getting on the plane around 2-3pm. I'm so excited, not only to go to Scotland, but because I get to fly again! I love flying! It's so amazing!
